The fudge display was full of fruit flies and a fly. We told the lady about it and she was removing the fudge and had absolutely no customer service skills. Very short and when I asked for a bag she snapped that she can only do one thing at a time. We bought some English toffee and it was the worst I've ever had. Tasted very old. The chocolate fudge in the display case was discolored in spots, obviously too old to be selling. Definitely won't buy candy from there again.

Spent ~$17 on fudge that was completely dry and inedible...the two maple slices anyway. The chocolate one was just OK.

Just about everything you could want here. My gosh it's good. Fudge, chocolate, all kinds of stuff. Yummy!

Love the maple nut fudge

Love all Kilwins. Love their chocolate covered apples, pecans, orange or lime slices, caramel corn or just about everything. Milk chocolate for me and dark chocolate for my spouse. Yum!!

Horrible Customer Service. We were there on August 8, 2017 and I have not ever witnessed more rude people behind a counter. One of the employees Drew was being so nasty that he destroyed my credit card while swiping it into the credit card machine. (Seriously swiping so hard that my credit card broke into pieces). Kathy also an employee was even nastier about the situation. I attempted to contact Gale (the owner) she called back once and we never connected, but did not attempt to resolve any of this. It is really great when these type of employees destroy your credit card when you are on vacation. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible stay away from these people.

Service is great and so are the chocolates and carmel popcorn.

This shop is perfectly situated on the most prominent corner in the town. You can't miss it. The fudge is excellent. But the ice cream is unmistakably the best I've ever had. It has the perfect texture and is incredibly rich. We came here in the off season so there was no one else in the store. Best visit to Kilwins that we've ever had!

Suggest getting a small sized ice cream in a cup. This consists of 2 scoops, 360 caloreies each. If too much, share with a friend and each scoop can be a different flavor!

i would give it a -10 if possible. waited in like just like everyone else & was completely overlooked for the staff to help two younger white girls behind me. my family and i are dark completed with darker skin which supposedly made us invisible??? The supervisor, owner, and staff did not take it seriously at all. I was NOT laughing when talking to any of them. It’s 2020, stop disrespecting & ignoring any and all customers.My boyfriend, brother, and I went out of our way to try this ice cream spot. Thankfully Alpine Chocolate Haus is just a few steps away.

Great variety of home made ice cream and waffle cones! Costumer service was good, I was able to try the ice cream and decide for the best flavor 🍦🐩

Probably the best place to go in the summer. Great costumer service. Even the manger asked us how we were doing.
